Setting Up the Spotify Integration
The Spotify integration offers listening, consumption and demographic statistics through Spotify for Podcasters. Note that charts from Spotify populate without this integration, and all download information from users listening through Spotify is captured through the Trackable analytics prefix.
The Spotify Integration is available to our Indie, Pro & Enterprise users. If you'd like to upgrade your account please find instructions here.
Setting Up the Spotify Integration
1. Sign up with Spotify for Podcasters, if you haven't already.
2. Navigate to the Integrations page on the left sidebar of your Chartable dashboard. Click on Spotify.
3. Click "Connect another Spotify account" near the bottom of the page.
4. You'll be directed to a permissions page. Click "Agree" to allow Chartable to access your data.
5. You're good to go!
Spotify data should flow in within 24-48 hours.
Note that you can only connect your Spotify account to one Chartable dashboard at one time. You can delete connections at any time by clicking "Delete" next to the account on the Integrations > Spotify page of your dashboard.
