I can't find a SmartPromo that was created for my show. Where should I look?

If you're looking for a promotion that is airing on your show, you'll want to check for a SmartPromo request is the AdOps > Requests page in your Chartable dashboard.

If you're not seeing it there, ask the person who created the SmartPromo to confirm if it was assigned to the correct publisher team.

In the SmartPromos > Manage > Requests page in their dashboard, they can see which publisher team the SmartPromo is assigned to for approval. 

If the promotion is assigned to the wrong team, or if the Publisher field is blank, please contact our support team at [email protected] to let us know which team the SmartPromo should be assigned to.
