What permissions do the different roles allow?

See below for the permissions for each user role. User roles can be edited on the Team Settings > Users page by team Admins and Owners. 

Viewer

• View podcasts added to the team dashboard

Member

• View podcasts added to the team dashboard
• Create new SmartLinks, SmartPromos, and reports

Admin

• View podcasts added to the team dashboard
• Create new SmartLinks, SmartPromos, and reports
• Manage podcasts added to the dashboard
• Manage Integrations (Trackable, Megaphone) 
• Manage team members, their roles, and individual podcast-level permissions

Owner

• View podcasts added to the team dashboard
• Create new SmartLinks, SmartPromos, and reports
• Manage podcasts added to the dashboard
• Manage Integrations (Trackable, Megaphone)
