What permissions do the different roles allow?

See below for the permissions for each user role. User roles can be edited on the Team Settings > Users page by team Admins and Owners. Please note that Indie dashboards only have access to the Admin and Owner roles. See pricing plans here. 

Viewer

• View analytics from podcasts added to the team dashboard

Member

• View analytics from podcasts added to the team dashboard
• Create new SmartLinks, SmartPromos, and reports

Admin

• View analytics from podcasts added to the team dashboard
• Create new SmartLinks, SmartPromos, and reports
• Manage podcasts added to the dashboard
• Manage Integrations (Trackable, Spotify for Podcasters, Megaphone, etc) 
• Manage team members, their roles, and individual podcast-level permissions

Owner

• View analytics from podcasts added to the team dashboard
• Create new SmartLinks, SmartPromos, and reports
• Manage podcasts added to the dashboard
• Manage Integrations (Trackable, Spotify for Podcasters, Megaphone, etc) 
• Manage team members, their roles, and individual podcast-level permissions
• Upgrade and downgrade dashboards, and view billing information
