My statistics are out of date! What's up with my hosting provider, Apple, or Spotify?

We aim to update your metrics at least once every 24 hours. If it appears that your statistics are not updating, here are a few things you can do:

  1. Check your Integrations tab. If you don't see a green checkmark next to Trackable, Apple Podcasts Connect, or Spotify, then your integration ran into a problem. Troubleshooting for Trackable can be found here, troubleshooting for the Apple integration can be found here, and troubleshooting for the Spotify integration can be found here.
  2. Be patient. We know you want to see your stats! But if you've just released a new episode, it might take Apple or Spotify awhile to start sharing metrics. More information about Apple's requirements for data can be found here.
