My stats are out of date! What's up with my hosting provider, Apple, or Spotify?

We aim to update your stats at least once every 24 hours. If you notice something not updating on your stats, here are a few things you can do:

  1. Check your Integrations tab. If you don't see a green checkmark next to your hosting provider, Apple Podcasts Connect, or Spotify, then your integration ran into a problem. You may need to re-enter your username and password or API key.
  2. If you have two-factor authentication on your Apple ID: We unfortunately can't sync your Podcasts Connect data more than once with a single session. You'll need to periodically re-enter your credentials so we can update your Apple listening data.
  3. Be patient: We know you want to see your stats! But if you've just released a new episode, it might take Apple or Spotify awhile to start sharing stats, and it'll take us awhile to pick it up from them as well.
