How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Only team owners can view or change billing informations (info about user roles here). To download an invoice follow these instructions:
- Visit chartable.com
- Navigate to "Dashboard" in the top bar.
- Select "Team settings"
- On desktop, this is in the left sidebar
- On mobile, select the "menu button" and then click Team Settings
- Select "Billing" in the second sidebar
- Select "Billing Portal"
From the Billing Portal, you can download your invoices by clicking the date of the invoice. If you've added a tax ID, it will be included on your invoice:
