How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Only team Owners can view or change billing information. To download an invoice follow these instructions:
- Visit chartable.com, and log into your user account
- Click on "Dashboard" near the top of the page
- Navigate to the "Team Settings" tab
- Click "Billing" in the sidebar
- Click "Billing portal"
From the Billing Portal, you can download your invoices by clicking the date of the invoice. If you've added a tax ID, it will be included on your invoice.
