How do I get an invoice or receipt?

Only team Owners can view or change billing information. To download an invoice follow these instructions:

  1. Visit chartable.com, and log into your user account 
  2. Click on "Dashboard" near the top of the page
  3. Navigate to the "Team Settings" tab
  4. Click "Billing" in the sidebar
  5. Click "Billing portal"

From the Billing Portal, you can download your invoices by clicking the date of the invoice. If you've added a tax ID, it will be included on your invoice.
