How do I get an invoice or receipt?

Only team owners can view or change billing informations (info about user roles here). To download an invoice follow these instructions:

  1. Visit chartable.com
  2. Navigate to "Dashboard" in the top bar. 
  3. Select "Team settings" 
    1. On desktop, this is in the left sidebar
    2. On mobile, select the "menu button" and then click Team Settings
  4. Select "Billing" in the second sidebar
  5. Select "Billing Portal"

From the Billing Portal, you can download your invoices by clicking the date of the invoice. If you've added a tax ID, it will be included on your invoice:
