Q: What is the Retention Chart?

Q: If someone started listening during a month but skipped a month later, are they still counted in the original month they started listening in, or are they counted as a brand new listener or added to a new month?

A: They would counted in the original month, as that was first time the device downloaded an episode of your show.

Q: How does the retention chart work with non-static IP addresses?

A: Essentially, we do include non-static IP addresses, and everything still works as it should.
