How do I change the credit card I use for payments?
Only team owners can view or change billing informations (info about user roles here). To change credit card information, follow these instructions:
- Visit chartable.com
- Click "Dashboard" in the top bar.
- Click "Team settings"
- On desktop, this is in the left sidebar
- On mobile, click the "menu button" and then click Team Settings
- Click "Billing" in the second sidebar
- Click "Billing Portal"
- Once you're on the billing portal, you can change your card under Payment Method.
