How do I change the credit card I use for payments?

Only team owners can view or change billing informations (info about user roles here). To change credit card information, follow these instructions:

  1. Visit chartable.com
  2. Click "Dashboard" in the top bar. 
  3. Click "Team settings" 
    1. On desktop, this is in the left sidebar
    2. On mobile, click the "menu button" and then click Team Settings
  4. Click "Billing" in the second sidebar
  5. Click "Billing Portal"
  6. Once you're on the billing portal, you can change your card under Payment Method.
