Why is my podcast appearing twice in the charts?

If your podcast is appearing twice in the Apple charts, ensure that there are not two copies of your podcast in the Apple Podcasts directory. This often occurs if you are hosted on a provider that submits your podcast to Apple for you, and you also submit it. You will have to work with Apple support to clear this up. 

If your podcast is appearing twice in the Chartable Top 200 charts, ensure that there are not two public Chartable pages for your podcast. Start typing your podcast's name in the search bar at the top of chartable.com to check this. If there are multiple copies, the most outdated version(s) will need to be deleted by the Chartable team. Send the links of the outdated duplicate(s) to the Chartable support team at [email protected].
