How do I move a show to a new Chartable account?
To move a show from one Chartable account to another, you’ll need to remove the existing Trackable prefix from the show’s RSS feed via the show's podcast hosting platform.
Once the old prefix is removed from the show’s RSS feed, you’ll need to stop tracking the show from the Team Settings > Podcasts page in the old account.
Next, go to the new account you’d like to manage the show from, visit the Team Settings > Podcasts page, and use the search box under "Track another podcast” to add the show to that account.
Visit the Integrations > Trackable page in the new account to get that account’s Trackable prefix and add it to the show’s RSS feed via the show's podcast hosting platform (instructions are in the Trackable page in the dashboard).
Once the new prefix is in place in the show's RSS feed, visit the Integrations > Trackable page in the new account and click the Refresh Trackable status button.
