My Apple stats aren't updating, why?
Apple recently made changes to the way they handle authentication for accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
If your account has 2FA enabled, we'll only be able to sync your data about once per day. Then you'll have to come back to Chartable to enter your credentials and a two-factor code again.
We're really sorry about the inconvenience! We're continually looking for a long-term solution to this problem.
In the meantime, you might consider transferring ownership of your podcast to an Apple ID that doesn't have 2FA enabled. To do that, create a new Apple ID, activate it with the iTunes Store (you must have a credit card associated with the account), then contact Apple Support here. They'll respond with instructions about how to verify and transfer ownership. The whole process will take a day or two, and you don't need to change your RSS feed. Then, you'll be able to get your stats continually imported into Chartable by connecting your new account.
