Troubleshooting the Apple Podcasts Integration

The Apple integration brings in episode consumption and confirmed plays to your Chartable dashboard. The Apple Integration is available to our Indie, Pro & Enterprise users. If you'd like to upgrade your account please find instructions here

Note that viewing charts or reviews from Apple does not require the Apple Integration, and all download information from users listening through Apple is captured through the Trackable analytics prefix

Troubleshooting the Apple Podcasts Integration

If the metrics that you receive from the Apple Podcasts integration still do not seem correct, please refer to this article.

If you see a status error similar to "Waiting for Invitation," please wait a 24-48 hours for the integration to connect. 

If you're receiving an error similar to "No Podcasts Found" please follow these steps:

1. Ensure that your podcasts do not have duplicate entries in the Apple Podcasts library. If there are multiple copies of a podcast, the integration will not function properly. Please work with Apple to remove the duplicate, ensure the correct version of your podcast is added to your Chartable account, and delete/re-add the Apple Podcasts Connect integration within Chartable. 

2. Ensure that you've granted the Chartable email address an Analyst role and given access to All Shows. To confirm, visit the Account > People page in your Podcast Connect account. It should look similar to the screenshot below.
