Troubleshooting the Apple Podcasts Integration

If you haven't invited the Chartable email address to your Apple Podcasts Connect account, please read our article on Setting Up the Apple Podcasts Integration.

If you've already invited the Chartable email address to your Apple Podcasts Connect account, please ensure that you've granted the Analyst role and given access to all shows. Otherwise, you may receive an error similar to "No Podcasts Found."

To confirm, visit the Account > People page in your Podcast Connect account. It should look similar to this:
