I moved my show to a new account. Can I move my data too?
Once a new Trackable analytics prefix is added to a show's RSS feed, all the data being collected is then routed to whichever Chartable Team that prefix belongs to.
The data collected before the analytics prefix was changed is available in the previous Team's account, and the data collect moving forward will be available in the new Team's account. It's not currently possible to move or share data between accounts.
You can switch between the Team accounts you're a part of by clicking on the team name in the top left:
Each Chartable team has a unique Trackable prefix that can be viewed in the Integrations > Trackable page.
If you have active SmartPromo or SmartAd campaigns, you'll need to create new versions from the new Team's account.
