How is the "all-time" chart different than a "regular" chart on Apple Podcasts?

"All-time bestsellers" are a new kind of chart Apple introduced when they created the new podcast categories in August 2019. 

Apple doesn't reveal the algorithms behind the ranking, but our understanding is that All-Time charts are based on total subscribers, and the "regular" charts are based on recent subscription velocity.
