Can I restrict access to certain podcasts? How do podcast-level permissions work?

Dashboards on our Enterprise plan are able to adjust permissions for each user on a per-podcast basis. These settings can be managed in the Team Settings > Users page by any Admin. 

Invite a new Teammate with podcast-level permissions

1. Please note you must be an Admin to follow these steps. If you are an Admin, navigate to the Team Settings > Users page.
2. Under the "Invite a Teammate" section, input the user's email in the textbox with the "friend@example" grey text. Select your desired role using the dropdown. Definitions of each role are listed here.   
3. Click "Send Invite" 
4. Uncheck the "All Podcasts" button to access the "Allowed Podcasts" section.
5. Begin typing the name of your desired podcast(s), and click on the podcast to add it to the user's permissions. 
6. When you are finished, click "Send invite" to send an email to your Teammate. You're done! 

Adjust podcast-level permissions for current Teammates

1. Please note you must be an Admin to follow these steps. If you are an Admin, navigate to the Team Settings > Users page.
2. Under the "Manage Team" heading, find the email of the user. Use CTRL + F or command + F to search their email in your browser if you have many teammates. 
3. Click the pencil emoticon next to the trash-can emoticon to adjust podcast-level permissions and user role.
