Q: I've entered my Art19 decryption key into my SmartPromo Settings page, but I'm still seeing the Art19 key error message. What should I do?

Double check to confirm the key code you've entered into your SmartPromo Settings page exactly matches the key code you received from Art19. If there are any typos or missing characters, the decryption key will not work and you'll continue seeing the error message in your account.

Please contact your support representative or account manager at Art19 if you need a decryption key for your Chartable account. Please note that no data will be lost before you enter the correct decryption key. The key is only required to display the data our system has received.
